Business Hours

Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 12:00 pm Central Time. Fax and internet orders may be placed anytime.  Orders received after 3:00 pm Central Time will be processed the next business day.

Payment Terms

Credit Cards.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.

Credit Terms. You can apply for credit with House of Chemicals, Inc. and receive payment terms of Net 30 days. To establish credit with us, please call us at 1-800-369-4621 or 1-325-655-8376 to request a credit application.  You will need a bank reference and three trade references.

Shipping & Processing Charges

All orders within our direct service area will be delivered on our truck.  All orders outside our service area will be shipped by UPS or FedEX ground service.  Larger orders will ship LTL.  A shipping and processing charge of $7.95 will automatically be added to all orders falling below our $50.00 minimum.  For customers wanting to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the United States, or to ship by Second Day or Overnight Delivery, the cost of the carrier's shipping charges will be added to the order.

Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order at the time of shipping.

Our shipping and processing charge is intended to compensate our company for the cost of processing your order, handling and packaging the products, and delivering them to your specified shipping address.  This charge is subject to change as the market dictates.

Returns & Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days.  Please call House of Chemicals to obtain a return authorization number.  Items returned that are not defective must be in resalable condition.  Credit will not be issued until the item or items have been received and inspected by House of Chemicals.  On certain items and certain quantities, a restocking fee of no more than 15% will be assessed.

Warranties

House of Chemicals makes no warranties of any kind and disclaims all express warranties and any implied warranties of merchantable or fitness for a particular purpose.  House of Chemicals' liability, if any, for negligence or otherwise, is limited to return of goods sold and refund of purchase price.  This is the exclusive remedy and under no circumstance is House of Chemicals or any employee liable for consequential damages.

When registering or placing an order with House of Chemicals, we ask for your company name, address, phone number, contact name, and e-mail address.  This information is for our business use only.  We will safeguard the confidentiality of your business and personal information with firewalls and authorization protection.
